Experience. Perspective. A practical way forward.
I founded Thrive Strategic Solutions Inc. to help organizations think clearly, make confident decisions and turn good ideas into meaningful results.
My experience spans fundraising, nonprofit leadership, organizational development, stakeholder engagement, communications and event leadership. Across that work, one thing has remained consistent: progress depends on understanding the purpose, building strong relationships and making thoughtful choices about where to focus.
Through Thrive, I bring that perspective to nonprofits, associations, businesses and purpose-driven organizations looking for experienced, practical support.
Strategy grounded in experience
A fundraising challenge is rarely just about revenue. An event is rarely just about logistics. And an organizational decision rarely affects only one part of the business.
I look at the connections between your goals, your people, your resources and the work required to move forward. That broader perspective helps us ask better questions, identify what matters most and develop recommendations you can use.
Sometimes you need a focused conversation to work through a decision. Sometimes you need a deeper review of your fundraising approach or organizational priorities. And sometimes you need strategic leadership for an important event.
My role is to help you find a clear, practical way forward.
A collaborative approach.
When you engage Thrive, you work directly with me.
I take the time to understand your organization, listen to the people involved and bring an honest outside perspective to the conversation. You can expect thoughtful questions, straightforward communication and recommendations grounded in your objectives and capacity.
I value relationships, accountability and outcomes that matter. That means being clear about what we’re trying to achieve, what the work will involve and how we’ll recognize progress.
Advisory engagements are available virtually. Event strategy and management services are tailored to the project, with full production considered selectively based on scope and fit.
Let’s talk about what’s next.
Have a challenge to work through, an opportunity to evaluate or an event that deserves a fresh perspective?
I’d love to hear what you’re working on.
